Move of the Week: VO2 Max

Something a little different, but no less important for our weekly feature this week!

THE MOVE: VO2 Max

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT: VO2 Max is one of the performance indicators we test for as part of our Metabolic Testing Panel here at Halevy Life. We’ve also written about VO2 Max in a more detailed blog, which you can find here:

Metabolic Testing: Should you know your VO2max?

As Jeff Halevy and Staff Coach Joe Ferraro explain in this week’s feature, knowing and improving your VO2 Max can be the difference between life and death. Be sure to watch the feature and read the blog to learn more about this important performance indicator!
